Tariff

Minimum Stay

• A minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
• One night stays may be available upon request. Please contact us.
• Bank Holidays and local festivals are minimum 3 nights stay.

Rooms

We have four rooms, all are en suite and no-smoking.

• Room 1 – Double, first floor.
• Room 2 – Family with double, 2 single beds and space for cot, first floor.
• Room 4 – Double/twin, second floor.
• Room 5 – Double, second floor.

View Rooms

Children

All ages are welcome. We have a cot and high chair available for infants. There is space to accommodate a cot in rooms 2 and 4 – it is charged at a cost of £5 and you can purchase this upon booking. Additional children in the family room are charged at a reduced rate depending on how old they are, please ask for details.

Check-in / Out

• Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
• Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room payable upon confirmation of booking is required. Guests may wish to consider holiday insurance.

Payment Method

We accept cash, cheque or card.

Cancellation

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. Any cancellation or breach of contract is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let.
